Welcome to the FREE vocabulary building list page. Each week, a new list will appear with ten more vocabulary words for your students. These lists are available as Microsoft Word documents. That means anyone can localize the header, footer or even the vocabulary words.

The words appearing on these lists have been carefully chosen to reflect the needs of most Intermediate students. At the bottom of each list is a suggested three-step process for students to follow for a better retention of the words.

      Step 1 - Write a complete sentence for each word.

      Step 2 - Use all ten words in a paragraph or short story.

      Step 3 - Make flashcards of all the words with the words translated on the back.

Be sure to come back every week for a new vocabulary list. There are 300 lists.
